I had a great stay at this hotel in Tokyo. the location is fantastic, being very close to some great eateries in the Ginza area. I highly recommend the yakiniku place down the road that serves Matsusaka wagyu beef, as well as the kobe wagyu at another nearby restaurant. Secondly, the hotel is conveniently located near the Shinbashi station of the JR Yamanote line, making it very easy to explore the city. Lastly, the staff were incredibly accommodating and the rooms were clean and well-maintained, although the bed was a bit too hard for my liking.
All in all, my stay was excellent and there was nothing major that needed improvement.

The room was cozy and had a nice view of the city. the staff was friendly and accommodating when we arrived late on New Year's Eve. the location was perfect for watching the fireworks and being able to walk to the crowded streets for celebrating.
the lack of dining options in the hotel made it difficult to find a good meal during a busy holiday time.

Convenient location close to Shimbashi station and Ginza area. Room was small but clean and had all necessary amenities. The staff was accommodating and could speak English. The hotel is surrounded by cafes and a Family Mart is right outside. The breakfast buffet across the hotel was delicious.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a major train station and within walking distance of many attractions like the famous shopping area, and beautiful parks. It is a good spot for exploring the city and getting around quickly.
But, the facilities and services offered were not that great.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to multiple subway lines and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. One highlight was discovering a great toy store just a short walk from the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay easy and enjoyable. Plus, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds.
The temperature control in the room was a bit of a drawback, as it was centrally controlled and the lowest temperature was still a bit too warm for our liking. We had to keep the windows open for fresh air, which led to some street noise. However, this wasn't a major issue and we still had a great time exploring the city from this convenient location.
